# Global AI Quota & Top-Up: Online Payment, Codes, Referrals

> Understand Global AI quota, top up with online payment or redemption codes, and earn extra quota through the referral program.

Quota is Global AI's internal billing unit. Actual consumption = request tokens × model multiplier. Click **Wallet** in the left sidebar, or go directly to [https://globalai.vip/wallet](https://globalai.vip/wallet).

  The two main top-up methods are **online payment** and **redemption codes**.

| Method          | Description                                                     |
| --------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Redemption code | Enter a code from support or a promotion to add quota directly. |
| Alipay          | Alipay top-up.                                                  |
| WeChat          | WeChat Pay top-up.                                              |

## Top up with online payment

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose an amount">
    On the top-up page, pick a preset amount or enter a custom one.

  <Step title="Choose a payment method">
    Choose from the available options such as Alipay, Stripe, or WeChat Pay.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete the payment">
    Click the top-up channel button. The page redirects to the payment provider. After payment, you are returned to Global AI and your balance updates.

<Tip>
  Before your first large top-up, we recommend a small test amount to verify the payment channel and delivery flow.

## Top up with a redemption code

<Steps>
  <Step title="Buy a redemption code">
    On Taobao, search for the store **"Global AI"** and place an order for the plan you want. After payment, the store delivers the redemption code as a card-and-secret pair.

  <Step title="Open the redemption UI">
    Sign in and visit [https://globalai.vip/wallet](https://globalai.vip/wallet). Find the **Redemption code** section.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Paste and redeem">
    Paste the code into the input box (no extra spaces) and click **Redeem**. On success, the page shows the quota received and your balance updates.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  Each redemption code is single-use and becomes invalid after a successful redemption. Do not share unused codes publicly.
</Warning>

<h2 id="referral-rewards">
  Referral rewards
</h2>

Every account has a unique invitation link. When another user signs up successfully through your link, you receive a referral bonus.

### Get your invitation link

At the bottom of the wallet page, find the **Referral program** section and copy your personal invitation link to share.

### How rewards work

    The invitee registers through your invitation link.

  <Step title="Reward credited immediately">
    After the invitee signs up and completes a top-up, you immediately receive a one-time referral bonus quota configured by the system.

  <Step title="Move rewards to your main balance">
    In the referral program section on the wallet page, click **Transfer to balance** to move accumulated rewards into your main account balance.

  View top-up history
</h2>

Click **Order history** in the top right of the wallet page to see past orders, including time, amount, method, and status. If the payment succeeded but the quota did not arrive, confirm the order status here or [contact us](/en/contact).
